Do you help with insurance claims?

Yes — it's most of what we do after a storm. We document the damage, meet your adjuster on site, and make sure the scope covers everything. You pay your deductible; we handle the paperwork.

How long does a roof replacement take?

Most single-family homes are done in one day — tear-off in the morning, dried in by noon, shingles on by evening, plus a full cleanup and magnetic sweep of your yard.

What's your warranty?

Every full replacement carries our transferable workmanship warranty on top of the manufacturer's shingle warranty. If our workmanship causes a leak, we fix it — no charge, no argument.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We're an RCAT-licensed roofing contractor carrying $2M in general liability, and every crew member is covered. We're happy to send certificates before work starts.

Do you offer free estimates?

Always. Inspections and estimates are free, photo-documented, and come with a straight answer — including "your roof is fine" when it is.
